Our Commitment

TELŌS is built on the belief that the right room changes everything. We are committed to providing a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment for every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and team member, regardless of background, experience level, or personal identity.

Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to:

• Treat every person with respect, professionalism, and courtesy
• Engage in constructive dialogue. Share knowledge generously, listen actively
• Honor the confidentiality of conversations shared in breakout sessions and masterminds
• Comply with all venue rules, local laws, and event staff instructions
• Represent yourself and your business honestly

Unacceptable Behavior

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention
• Disruptive behavior during sessions, panels, or networking events
• Aggressive selling, pitching, or solicitation without consent
• Recording sessions or private conversations without explicit permission
• Any conduct that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

Enforcement

We take violations seriously. If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior:

• Report it immediately to any TELŌS team member or event staff
• Contact us at conduct@telosmastermind.com

Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• A verbal warning
• Immediate removal from the event without refund
• A ban from future TELŌS events
