Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TELŌS Multifamily Mastermind event registration and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Event Registration & Payment

Registration for TELŌS is subject to availability and approval. All registrations are considered pending until payment is received and confirmed.

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are stated in USD and must be paid in full at the time of registration
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor
  • We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for qualified accounts

Pricing Tiers: Different tier levels may have capacity restrictions. Platinum tier is capped at 15 attendees and subject to approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Attendee:

  • 90+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 60-89 days before event: 50% refund
  • 30-59 days before event: 25% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund; ticket may be transferred to another qualified attendee with approval

Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that TELŌS is cancelled, all attendees will receive a full refund within 30 business days.

Code of Conduct

TELŌS is committed to providing a professional, respectful environment for all attendees. Expected conduct includes:

  • Respect for all participants, speakers, and staff
  • Professional behavior during all sessions and networking events
  • Compliance with venue rules and local laws
  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content presented at TELŌS, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Record audio or video of sessions without express written permission
  • Distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from event materials
  • Use TELŌS branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization

Materials provided to attendees are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed commercially.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TELŌS and its organizers, speakers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or participation.

You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Business decisions made based on information presented

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at TELŌS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
